Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sliced cucumber, red onion, chopped tomatoes, and green bell pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
